A company is looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to enhance financial and sponsored research operations through Workday Financials.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Financials and Grants Management solutions, ensuring compliance with sponsor terms and institutional policies
• Design and optimize financial and grants management processes, collaborating with various stakeholders
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to support financial management and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience supporting financial systems
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management
• Experience with Workday Grants Management and sponsored research processes
• Proven ability to gather requirements and design effective system solutions
