Senior Financial Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Financial Systems Analyst will serve as a liaison between the Finance division and IT, focusing on configuring and maintaining financial systems and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for the configuration, development, and support of financial systems across the controller and treasury divisions
• Develop high-level business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the IT organization
• Identify opportunities for improvement in requirements gathering and documentation, and manage project phases as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or computer science, or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment)
• 4 years of relevant progressive work experience in accounting or finance-related systems
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and translate complex concepts for various business units
• Strong analytical skills and experience leading multiple assignments and resources
