Senior Financial Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) analytics and financial systems administration, the full-time remote Senior Financial Systems Analyst will manage vendor onboarding, workflow improvements, and financial reporting processes while collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support P2P analytics, including procurement, invoice processing, and payments, while monitoring related financial data
• Build and maintain SQL-based reporting and dashboard-ready datasets for Finance and P2P leadership
• Analyze vendor onboarding workflows to identify issues, document findings, and recommend practical improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of experience in financial systems, finance analytics, or a similar role
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in building analytical models and reporting
• Working knowledge of Procure-to-Pay concepts, including invoices, approvals, and vendor data management
• Experience using AI or automation tools for data validation and workflow enhancements
