Senior Financial Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) analytics and financial systems administration, the full-time remote Senior Financial Systems Analyst will manage vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and workflow improvements while collaborating with various teams to enhance financial reporting and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Support P2P analytics and manage SQL-based reporting and operational metrics for Finance and P2P leadership
• Analyze vendor onboarding workflows and monitor purchase order, receipt, and payment activities to identify process improvement opportunities
• Assist in financial systems administration and SOX readiness by documenting processes and strengthening control routines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of experience in financial systems, finance analytics, or a similar role
• Advanced SQL skills and experience building analytical models and recurring reporting
• Working knowledge of Procure-to-Pay concepts, including invoices, approvals, and vendor master data
• Experience with ERP, AP automation, or financial systems platforms
