Senior Financial Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) analytics and financial systems administration, the full-time remote Senior Financial Systems Analyst will manage vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and workflow improvements while collaborating with various departments to enhance financial reporting and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Support P2P analytics and manage financial data related to procurement, accounts payable, and vendor onboarding
• Build and maintain SQL-based reporting and operational metrics for Finance and P2P leadership
• Analyze and improve vendor onboarding workflows and monitor financial transaction activities for exceptions and bottlenecks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of experience in financial systems, finance analytics, or a similar role
• Advanced SQL skills and experience in building analytical models and recurring reporting
• Working knowledge of Procure-to-Pay concepts including purchase orders, invoices, and vendor data management
• Experience with financial systems platforms and automation tools such as Python for data validation and reporting
