Senior FinOps Analyst

Job Summary

To support the governance and optimization of AI investments, the full-time Senior FinOps Analyst will work remotely on a contract-to-hire basis, focusing on financial analysis, cost modeling, and automation of reporting processes across AI platforms and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI cost attribution models and analyze AI-related spending across various platforms
• Build and automate Python-based data pipelines for financial reporting and anomaly detection
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote AI cost awareness and support financial planning activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
• 4+ years of experience in FinOps, Cloud Cost Management, or Financial Planning & Analysis
• Strong understanding of AI cost drivers and advanced Python skills for data automation
• Proficient in SQL and experience with large datasets and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
