Senior Firmware Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Firmware Engineer to join their product development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop real-time embedded system software for complex machines
• Conduct requirements development, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of embedded software components
• Collaborate on design and code reviews, and integrate hardware/software development tests

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software, hardware, or firmware development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
• Extensive experience (5+ years) with C++ and/or C in an embedded environment
• Experience with embedded Linux, VxWorks, or other real-time operating systems
• Familiarity with development processes, methodologies, and tools, including revision control systems
