Job Summary
Senior Fixed Income Specialist provides full-time remote administrative support to sales associates, engages with clients, executes trades, and mentors junior staff while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and customer service to internal and external clients
- Execute buy, sell, and trade orders for securities and develop investment strategies
- Mentor and train new sales associates while maintaining compliance documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Seven (7) years of related experience
- NASD Series 7 & 63 or MSRB Series 52 certifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and applicable PC applications
- Four (4) years of work experience with Excel preferred
