Senior FM Certification Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FM Certification Lead responsible for overseeing the Financial Management Certification Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead Component Administrator and oversee certification compliance across the DAF FM workforce
• Develop and maintain FM Certification dashboards and provide executive-level reporting
• Identify compliance gaps and deliver training sessions to the DAF FM enterprise

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Minimum 15 years supporting DoD financial management programs
• Minimum 4 years as Lead Component Administrator or equivalent authority
• Experience in Course-to-Competency mapping and developing enterprise dashboards
