Senior FOIA Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FOIA Analyst to provide advanced Freedom of Information Act processing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end processing of FOIA requests, including analysis and response preparation
• Coordinate with program offices to identify and obtain responsive records
• Mentor Junior Analysts and address operational risks and compliance issues

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of FOIA request processing experience within the last 48 months
• In-depth understanding of DOJ FOIA reporting standards and compliant submission processes
• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced proficiency in interpreting and applying FOIA exemptions
