Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Food Technologist.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive consumer-inspired culinary innovation across menu items including sides, snacks, and desserts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and suppliers to optimize and commercialize core ingredients
• Identify emerging global trends to create new products and enhance the menu

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or higher in Food Science or Food Technology; culinary background preferred
• 2+ years of experience in corporate innovation within a food-focused multi-unit restaurant or FMCG
• 5 years of progressive culinary experience
• Ability to translate diverse data sources into culinary and business insights
• Hands-on experience in the kitchen with potential for growth in food innovation leadership
