Job Summary

Managing the cost, schedule, and execution of Foreign Military Sales cases, the full-time Senior Foreign Military Sales Case Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for international partners, ensuring timely delivery of Electronic Warfare and Aircraft Survivability Equipment capabilities while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage FMS case cost, schedule, and execution, proactively identifying and resolving risks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for FMS case activities and deliver clear status briefings to stakeholders
  • Coordinate case documentation, milestones, and deliverables throughout the case lifecycle in compliance with security cooperation policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of Foreign Military Sales or security cooperation case management experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing FMS case cost, schedule, and execution across the case lifecycle
  • Experience as a customer-facing point of contact for case activities and reviews
  • Working knowledge of FMS processes, including Letters of Offer and Acceptance and case documentation
  • Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required
