Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Forms Completion Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process FMLA/Short Term Disability paperwork in compliance with guidelines
  • Communicate with patients and physician coordinators regarding disability/FMLA paperwork
  • Maintain professional relationships and serve as the main point of contact for forms-related escalations


Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School Diploma (GED) required; degree preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a medical records department or similar setting
  • Experience with FMLA and disability form completion preferred
  • Strong computer software experience, including Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Ability to type 50 wpm and willingness to learn new processes quickly
