Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Forms Completion Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Process FMLA/Short Term Disability paperwork in compliance with guidelines
- Communicate with patients and physician coordinators regarding disability/FMLA paperwork
- Maintain professional relationships and serve as the main point of contact for forms-related escalations
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma (GED) required; degree preferred
- 1 year of experience in a medical records department or similar setting
- Experience with FMLA and disability form completion preferred
- Strong computer software experience, including Microsoft Word & Excel
- Ability to type 50 wpm and willingness to learn new processes quickly
