Senior Forward Deploy Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Forward Deploy Engineer will engage with customers to gather requirements, develop software solutions primarily in React and Java, and deliver integrations that enhance the customer experience while contributing to core product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and ship software solutions based on customer requirements, ensuring code quality and security
• Collaborate with customers to understand their environments and translate ambiguous requests into clear technical strategies
• Design and implement integrations that connect SentinelOne products to customer systems, producing necessary documentation for customer enablement

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering experience with a solid computer science background, including both backend and frontend development
• Proficiency in Java (3+ years) and familiarity with additional programming languages
• Experience in designing and operating distributed systems or data-intensive services
• Background in the cybersecurity domain, including familiarity with SIEM, EDR/XDR, and detection engineering
• Strong capability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
