Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Leading complex forward-deployed engagements, the full-time Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will architect custom systems across AI and decision-support workflows while serving as a trusted technical advisor to senior customer stakeholders in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex forward-deployed engagements from discovery through production adoption
• Architect custom systems across AI, forecasting, optimization, simulation, and decision-support workflows
• Mentor engineers across the Forward Deployed Engineering team and help define technical standards and direction

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or quantitative systems with significant ownership
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, system design, and analytical application architecture
• Experience leading ambiguous, customer-facing technical initiatives
• Deep quantitative reasoning skills across modeling, inference, optimization, and statistics
• Strong applied AI or ML experience with a focus on evaluation and reliability in real-world deployment
