Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure an outstanding customer experience, the full-time Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will onboard new clients, integrate voice AI models into their products, and collaborate with various teams to drive customer success in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout their journey
• Evaluate customer use cases and proactively identify opportunities for voice AI integration
• Manage a portfolio of technical customers, providing timely and high-quality support

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a technical account manager, solutions architect, or similar role
• Preferred experience with SQL, Python, React, and web development frameworks
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools is a strong plus
• Strong passion for AI technology and its application to customer challenges
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and proactively identify integration opportunities
