Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the technical success of key clinic implementations, the full-time Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will work remotely or onsite to ensure seamless integration of customer environments with the Frontera platform, directly building solutions and optimizing workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical execution for clinic partners during implementation and optimization phases
• Translate complex clinical workflows into scalable technical designs and implement them directly
• Act as the primary technical owner for complex customer issues, making independent decisions on implementation approaches

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in software engineering or technical customer-facing roles with hands-on building responsibility
• Proficiency in at least one backend language, preferably Python
• Strong experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Working knowledge of SQL and structured data systems
• Experience in healthcare or clinical domains is a strong plus
