Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

As the primary technical authority for post-sales customers, the full-time Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will guide deployment architecture, onboarding, and the adoption of agentic development workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for customers, guiding deployment architecture and environment design
• Own onboarding engagements, ensuring customers transition from contract to productive adoption efficiently
• Design and document repeatable delivery patterns for onboarding, architecture, and adoption across customer segments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architect, or equivalent post-sales technical role
• Proven hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure on major providers like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
• 2+ years of experience deploying or operating AI coding agents in a production environment
• 2+ years of production experience with Kubernetes and Terraform or equivalent infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Solid understanding of Linux systems administration and cloud security practices
