Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure customers have an outstanding experience throughout their journey, the full-time Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will onboard new clients, integrate voice AI models into their products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout their journey
• Evaluate customer use cases and proactively identify opportunities for integrating voice AI into their product roadmaps
• Manage a portfolio of technical customers, providing timely, high-quality support and leading commercial meetings

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a technical account management or related role
• Preferred experience with SQL, Python, React, and web development frameworks
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools is a strong plus
• Strong passion for AI technology and problem-solving for customer challenges
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate with high energy
