Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the architecture and delivery of complex AI solutions, the full-time remote Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will tackle ambiguous client problems, manage technical tradeoffs, and mentor engineers while ensuring high-quality outcomes in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery quality for major engagements, translating client needs into actionable plans
• Own solution architecture and make technical decisions, balancing speed, quality, and client value
• Design and deploy AI/ML systems, integrating LLMs into client products while ensuring compliance and security

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with significant backend or full-stack expertise
• Proven ability to independently manage complex technical projects from definition to production
• Strong programming skills in Python and fluency in an additional language (e.g., JavaScript, Go)
• Experience delivering real-world ML/AI systems in production environments
• Deep familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD workflows
