Senior Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
To support mission-critical customer needs, the full-time Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will integrate and optimize AI capabilities within enterprise ecosystems, ensuring operational performance and customer satisfaction in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and optimize the AI SRE Teammate for customer environments, addressing production and pre-production needs
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot customer deployments to enhance product performance and reliability
- Lead enterprise migrations and provide technical advocacy, ensuring successful integration and customer outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar operational role
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java)
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with observability tools and incident management systems
