Senior Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will engage directly with GP clients to manage the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered solutions, from discovery and design to deployment and ongoing operation.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with GP clients to identify workflows where custom AI agents can provide leverage
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear requirements and oversee the full lifecycle of solutions
- Ensure successful adoption of deployed solutions through user training, documentation, and iterative improvements based on feedback
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience shipping production software end-to-end, including AI-enabled applications
- Proven track record of owning delivery and accountability for software usage
- Full-stack engineering experience across data, services, and user interfaces
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, including CI/CD and production monitoring
- Strong product judgment and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
