Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr FP&A Manager, Product & R&D.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial leadership, analysis, and insights to the Product and R&D organizations
• Maximize gross margin and optimize product investments
• Support new product initiatives and align product roadmap with revenue

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of FP&A experience in high-growth SaaS organizations, investment banking, or private equity
• Strong analytical skills in revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and pricing exposure
• Experience in expense and headcount management
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with Anaplan is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
