Senior FP and A Analyst

Job Summary

Leading enterprise forecasting and budgeting processes, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will utilize Oracle Cloud EPM Planning to design financial models, partner with FP&A leadership, and enhance planning governance while working in a hybrid environment based in Cary, North Carolina or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own FP&A planning processes, including annual budgets and rolling forecasts, leveraging Oracle EPM
• Design and maintain FP&A planning models and financial logic to support business operations
• Collaborate with IT and Finance Data & Analytics on the configuration and deployment of Oracle EPM Planning solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight years of experience in financial or accounting systems support, with expertise in Oracle EPM Planning implementations
• Experience in developing rolling forecasts and long-range planning solutions within Oracle EPM or similar platforms
• Strong background in designing driver-based planning models that align with strategic planning cycles
• Proven ability to act as a liaison between FP&A stakeholders and IT for translating business requirements into system solutions
