Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. FP&A Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead call center expense budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and communication with sales leadership
• Partner with various teams to plan call center headcount on a weekly basis
• Conduct NPV/ROI analyses on new business opportunities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, private equity, or investment banking
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with Adaptive Insights is helpful
• Master's Degree or MBA is a plus but not required
