Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their Strategy & Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Own the annual budgeting process and quarterly/monthly forecasting cycles, collaborating with department heads
• Analyze actual financial results against budgets and forecasts, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology company
• Exceptional financial modeling skills in Excel
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial statements
• Experience with financial planning and reporting software; Mosaic is a plus
