Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst responsible for managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the annual budget process and update forecasts quarterly
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for performance improvement
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and finance for insurance tech companies
• 5+ years of financial planning experience with hands-on experience in FP&A platforms
• MBA in Finance preferred
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles
