Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D and G&A leaders to guide strategic planning and forecasting
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate headcount investments and operating expenses
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including variance analysis and executive reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related fields with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting R&D organizations within SaaS environments
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills for building financial models
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and NetSuite; proficiency in Google Workspace required
