Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst - Cost & Transformation (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and update cost forecasts and annual plan inputs using driver based models
• Deliver monthly and quarterly variance analysis and translate operational drivers into financial impacts
• Develop executive-ready presentations and automate Power BI dashboards for financial insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in a finance or analytical role within the finance sector
• Preferred: MBA/MS in a quantitative and analytical discipline
• Experience in building Excel-based financial models
• Understanding of healthcare marketplace dynamics and financial reporting
