Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial forecasting and budgeting processes for PBM operations
• Provide financial insights to senior leadership for key business decisions and analyze cost drivers
• Design performance dashboards and conduct variance analysis to monitor business health

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A with a focus on revenue and gross margin
• Experience in building complex financial models and analyzing PBM financial levers
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP and BI tools
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
