Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support its Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and preparation of annual and quarterly forecasts and long-term financial projections
• Collaborate with department leads to identify key performance indicators and business drivers
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to business leaders and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Accounting/Finance, or a related field
• Expert-level Excel skills and preferred SQL experience
• Working knowledge of financial data, including forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Ability to extract key insights from data and approach complex problems analytically
