Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst - FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leaders to provide financial support, performance analysis, and strategic insights
• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
• Prepare management reports, conduct variance analysis, and present actionable recommendations to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CA/CFA preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant FP&A experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology product company
• Proven business partnering experience with GTM functions and leaders
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Hands-on experience with FP&A tools and advanced Excel proficiency
