Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic decision-making, the fully remote Senior FP&A Analyst will manage monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis across multiple business units while providing actionable insights and developing executive-level reporting packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting and analysis, including P&L performance and operational metrics
• Partner with business leaders to analyze trends and provide actionable financial insights
• Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes while developing financial models for strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 4-7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex modeling and scenario analysis
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience required
• Knowledge of the insurance industry preferred
