Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will deliver financial insights and analyses, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and act as a strategic partner to cross-functional leaders in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling financial projections while performing in-depth variance analysis
• Conduct revenue and SaaS analytics, including retention and churn analysis, to inform strategic business decisions
• Translate complex financial data into clear narratives and present findings to senior stakeholders effectively

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of FP&A experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology company
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced modeling and scenario analysis
• Working knowledge of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606)
• Experience with sales quota planning and go-to-market financial processes
