Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting key growth initiatives, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will manage budget-to-actual reporting, quarterly forecasts, and analytical frameworks for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Partnerships in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own budget-to-actual reporting, quarterly forecasts, and annual planning for various departments
• Serve as the source of truth for GTM unit economics, including key SaaS metrics
• Partner with leadership on quota planning, capacity models, and sales compensation analytics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including at least 2 years supporting a GTM organization
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, LTV/CAC, and retention
• Experience partnering directly with VP and executive-level stakeholders
• Exceptional financial modeling and business analysis skills
• Proficiency with Adaptive Insights, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI platforms
