Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior FP&A Analyst will partner with Executive Leadership and department heads to enhance financial planning processes, manage headcount and expense analysis, and build scalable financial models during a period of organizational expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Executive Leadership and HR on financial planning and analysis
• Lead headcount planning, workforce forecasting, and expense management
• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of FP&A experience in SaaS, software, cloud, or technology environments
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and expense management
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
