Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Leading complex financial analysis and reporting, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes while working remotely to support strategic decision-making and mentor Financial Analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses, delivering insights to inform leadership decisions
• Support complex month-end close activities, ensuring the integrity of financial results through accrual development and reconciliation review
• Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets and forecast models, driving opportunities for process improvement and reporting efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a large, complex business environment in Accounting or Finance required
• Previous experience in healthcare is preferred
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and Hyperion Essbase/Smartview
• Demonstrated expertise in reviewing and analyzing financial results
