Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will manage advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting while working remotely to enhance finance systems and analytics capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee advanced modeling and forecasting layers, including scenario and sensitivity analyses for budgeting and investor reporting
• Write reports and analyses using SQL or comparable tools, ensuring data integrity across finance systems and supporting M&A activities
• Partner with leadership to evaluate and implement new ERP systems, improving financial processes and reporting infrastructure

Required qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, with a focus on scaling companies during growth periods
• Direct experience with private equity or venture capital partners and fundraising processes
• Proven ability to build financial models for lenders and investors, including covenant and debt capacity analyses
• Strong report-writing skills using SQL or similar analytics tools, with hands-on experience in finance systems
• Familiarity with accounting, billing, revenue recognition, and data warehouse tools, along with a growth mindset focused on process improvement
