Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Connecting sales motions with financial outcomes, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will manage revenue forecasting, build financial models, and support strategic planning initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-optional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue forecasting by building and maintaining models that incorporate pipeline data and sales metrics
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product leaders to support planning and analyze commercial efficiency metrics
• Develop executive dashboards and management reporting packages for leadership and board audiences

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar Financial Analyst role
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and HubSpot or similar ERP and CRM platforms
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, and CAC
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA is a plus
