Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will support financial planning and analysis for a newly public company, focusing on budget vs. actual reporting, variance analysis, and maintaining financial models in Datarails and NetSuite while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain budget vs. actual reporting to ensure visibility into financial performance across business lines
• Support annual budget and rolling forecast cycles, maintaining operating expense and headcount models
• Maintain FP&A workflows to an audit-ready standard, improving reporting processes through automation

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Accounting, with public company experience preferred
• Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel skills, including structured modeling and complex formulas
• Strong foundational understanding of financial statements and US GAAP; CPA or active CPA track is highly valued
• High level of precision in managing financial data on a public reporting calendar
• Comfortable working in a small, high-ownership team environment
