Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with local operational leaders, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will manage the annual budgeting process, conduct variance analysis, and prepare long-range financial planning analyses in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the local budgeting process and produce monthly variance analysis for local leadership
• Maintain a rolling near-term forecast and prepare operating and capital long-range planning analyses
• Support special projects with modeling and scenario analysis while ensuring data quality for local and consolidated reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (Required)
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field (Required)
• Master's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (Preferred)
• Experience with enterprise budgeting/forecasting tools and spreadsheet modeling
• Ability to translate operational trends into financial impact and prioritize competing deadlines
