Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

To support scaling the finance function, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will manage planning and forecasting processes, ensure departmental financial alignment, and partner with Accounting for reporting and analysis in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual budget and quarterly re-forecast, maintaining the financial model and running working sessions with department leaders
• Own departmental financial alignment, conducting recurring reviews on budget, spend, and headcount while monitoring variances proactively
• Partner with Accounting for month-end close, produce variance analysis, and prepare metrics for investor updates and board reporting

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance with exposure to a full planning cycle
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills and experience in building operational processes
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance leaders
• Experience with vendor and purchase request validation against budget
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment with a focus on building processes rather than waiting for them to be established
