Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Global FP&A CoE, the full-time Senior FP&A C&B Analyst will manage high-quality reporting, planning, and analysis of personnel costs across 50+ locations, partnering with HR and business stakeholders to drive informed decision-making in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities with detailed variance analysis focusing on personnel costs and headcount movements
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to review headcount and labor costs, identifying trends and providing insights for decision-making
• Assist in preparing monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning activities, including system updates and template design

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or a related finance function with a solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting
• Strong accounting knowledge and advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in planning and reporting systems like Hyperion and SAP BPC/SAC
• Professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA) completed or in progress is preferred
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in an international environment
• Proactive and detail-oriented self-starter with a strong affinity for digital and process improvement initiatives
