Senior FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A (Telework).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes to align with organizational goals
• Develop financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Prepare financial reports and conduct variance analysis to track performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly in government contracting
• Understanding of government regulations including FAR, CAS, and DFARS
• Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools, such as Excel
• Experience in mentoring and leading teams of FP&A analysts
