Senior FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager/Deputy Head, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the FP&A lead for several business units, independently owning forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning
• Act as a thought partner to senior management by identifying risks, opportunities, and emerging trends
• Develop and refine financial models and support monthly close and variance analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5-8+ years of corporate experience in an FP&A department or similar finance role
• Strong experience supporting subscription-based or recurring revenue businesses
• Experience with financial tools such as Workday Adaptive, NetSuite, or Tableau preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial modeling capability
