Senior FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles for Product Development and G&A functions
• Produce monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards
• Manage, mentor, and develop FP&A Analysts while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 6-8+ years of FP&A or relevant financial analysis experience
• Strong experience in operating expense and headcount planning
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capability
• Experience with reporting systems such as Oracle EPM, OneStream, Salesforce, or similar
