Senior FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. FP&A Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end company budgeting process and lead cross-functional partnerships for budget development
• Develop and manage monthly Budget vs. Actual (BvA) reporting, identifying risks and savings opportunities
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of FP&A workstreams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a highly analytical role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data
• Mastery of Excel and experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive, NetSuite, or Anaplan)
