Senior FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager, Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full M&A transaction processes from origination through close with minimal oversight
• Manage buy-side and sell-side processes, including working groups and advisor coordination
• Develop investment theses and present recommendations to executive leadership and the Board

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting with M&A execution
• Proven track record of leading closed transactions and understanding the nuances of deal management
• Expertise in financial modeling, including 3-statement models and LBO analyses
• Bachelor's degree from a strong academic institution; MBA preferred
• Experience managing junior professionals and enhancing team performance
