Senior FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the R&D organization and Chief Product Officer, the full-time Senior FP&A Manager will manage financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes in a remote capacity, driving insights and analyses to enhance operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan and monthly/quarterly forecast processes for the R&D organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Provide financial guidance and insights to the R&D leadership team, evaluating investment decisions and operational priorities
• Develop scalable reporting frameworks and deliver actionable financial analyses to senior stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related fields, with a preference for experience in high-growth SaaS environments
• Direct experience supporting technical or R&D organizations, particularly in Engineering, Product, or Design
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
• Experience with financial planning cycles and headcount management in complex environments
