Senior FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior FP&A Manager for a full-time remote position, this role will manage financial planning and forecasting processes while serving as a strategic partner to various teams, driving data-driven decision-making and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance forecasting models, providing sensitivity analyses and ensuring alignment with business goals
• Report on monthly financial results and forecasts, delivering variance analyses and actionable insights to leadership
• Develop and improve reporting dashboards that track key performance indicators and communicate findings to cross-functional partners

Required qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in Strategic Finance and/or FP&A, preferably in a high-growth consumer products company
• Exceptional financial modeling skills and experience with ERP and BI tools like NetSuite or Looker
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation tools for financial planning and reporting
• Proven ability to independently drive cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders through analysis and recommendations
